How It Works

Two Process Lines

Our PID Intelligent Precision Developing & Washing platform covers two complementary process lines: ultrasonic + electrolytic mold cleaning and intelligent CTP plate processing. The first combines electrolysis, ultrasonic cavitation and targeted chemistry to remove oils, rust, resin residue and high-temperature carbon. The second uses a three-stage closed loop — PiD-5000 AI Replenish + RRD Replenisher Recycle + WDT Waste Developer Processor — driving plate processing toward zero scrap, lower carbon, less waste liquid and lower total cost.

Green closed loop — 65% developer + 80% waste reduction

RRD recycles replenisher while WDT vacuum-separates waste developer; recovered water is recycled and concentrate is outsourced for safe disposal.
