3D Curved Glass Yellow-Light Process

For the center-console curved cover glass of new-energy vehicle smart cabins, the "yellow-light process" uses DLP maskless direct-write lithography (DMD micromirror + UV laser) to expose and develop directly on thermo-formed 3D / 3.5D surfaces — replacing traditional screen printing. With high-precision CCD vision alignment, it handles any irregular curvature, achieves micron-level window-zone control, yields above 95%, and produces ~400 pieces per line per day.
